To clean your Watercolor: gently swipe with a soft duster. Water can ruin the texture but if you must, spot clean by gently dabbing with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning products on your Watercolor piece.  Try not ever touch the watercolor surface with your bare hands, the oils on your hands can ruin the texture.

 

To clean your Canvas: wipe down with a slightly damp soft cloth. You may dust gently with a duster but do not apply any cleaning products to the surface or scrub it. Giclée Canvas and Watercolors should only be handled from the sides and ideally as little as possible. 

Never set a Giclée Canvas or Watercolor on it's face and if you must, please put a soft, clean cloth down to protect the surface.

Avoid hanging in direct sunlight, near stoves, or in bathrooms where it would be susceptible to heat and steam.

                  Exchanges, Replacement Returns and Refunds. 

I hope you'll be thrilled with your new Living Stone Art piece but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, I want to make it right! Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item at:            livingstonefinearts@gmail.com or message me here on the website. 

Replacement:
I know you will love your new art piece but if it arrives damaged or there are defects in the print, please contact me at livingstonefinearts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment so I can help you.  Damaged items and items that did not print properly will  be replaced.  I will send you a replacement after receiving your returned item. *See "Shipping" below.   Please allow time for your replacement to be created after I receive your return. 

Returns:
Living Stone Fine Art offers a 14 day return policy. 
Please contact me at livingstonefinearts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment to request a return approval. I retain the right to deny refund to any sender without prior return approval.

 Item must be undamaged and shipped back to me in the complete original packaging.  *If your item arrived damaged, you will need to notify me of the damage within 7 days of receiving your item to qualify for a replacement. 

Shipping Policy:
Shipping items you wish to return to me will be your responsibility.

I will refund the original shipping fee charged to you once I receive your pre-approved, undamaged item in it's complete original packaging. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item and I am not responsible for any item that gets lost or stolen in transit. 

Refund Process:
Your item must be shipped to me undamaged and in it's complete original packaging.  Once I receive your item it will be inspected and I will notify you via email of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, I will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days to process our refund.
